BOKO HARAM: ANOTHER BOMB BLAST ROCKS YOLA MOSQUE

Earlier today, 234today reported about twin bomb blast at a mosque in Maiduguri, Borno state capital. Now, another bomb blast has occurred at a mosque in Yola, capital of Adamawa state.

A source confirmed the incident to TheCable, saying it happened as worshipers were about to observe Jumat prayers. “They planted the bomb inside the mosque and many lives were lost in the attack” the source said.

When contacted, Sani Dati, spokesman of the Adamawa state emergency management agency, said he was unaware of the attack “Yola or Maiduguri? I am not aware of any attack in Yola, let me make some calls and get back to you,”
