It does not seem possible to take romantic roles away from acting but local and international. But the simple actions that stands many out is the way they are able to interprete their roles matters a whole lot.

For Nollywood actress, Mercy Johson-Okojie, she has been extremely careful with the roles and scripts she gets as not to allow anything affect her union.

She recently explained with her versatility in the industry, while interpreting her romantic roles, she does not allow those scenes get into her as she closes her eye while delivering her part.

whenever there is need to for romantic roles, I close my eyes and say this could have been avoided. I don’t really feel anything. We only teach with our roles

she said.
