It's obvious many of us know the literal meaning of whom a leader is,maybe because it's an everyday word ..It's a word you can hardly spend a whole day without a mention of it..Despite all,i still want to buttress my views of whom a true leader is,beyond the dictionary or literary meaning of it...
Firstly,i'll have to let you know that a leader is the least but the head in every organization or body..I call him the head because he is the decission maker and i call him the least because of his humble charisma..A leader is the least at heart but the head in controls..
Can you imagine a body without a head..How does it look and what becomes of it?...It means the body is in question...This is same with an organisation,family or company without a head..
1:The head is a symbol of strength..
2: It symbolizes perfection..
3;It symbolizes authority etc..
The importance of a true leader can never be over emphasized...
1:A true leader is a risk taker..
2:True leaders are burden bearers..They don't place burdens on their followers rather they find out their problems and make out a way to resolve them...
3:A true leader is one whom the cry of the people is his cry and the joy of the people is equally his joy...
4: A true leader is one who is not over possesive...
5: A true leader is one who is selfless...Now the big question is,how many of our leaders are true leaders...Self ponder...
