A huge explosion at a chemical factory has killed nine people in China. The blast at the Shandong Tianbao Chemical Industry Corporation factory in the east of the country took place at 8.20am local time.
Xinhua News Agency say the explosion took place at around 8.20am local time (12.20am GMT).
The cause of the blast is unknown, but is currently being investigated.
The identities of the nine bodies are being determined through DNA tests.
