Maverick singer and acclaimed father of stunts, Charles Oputa, otherwise known as Charlyboy has described the decision of upcoming singer, Skiibii to fake own death just to promote new single as ‘creative madness’.
News went viral earlier on Friday that the Sampu crooner, who is signed to Five Star Music label reportedly collapsed in his sitting room and before anyone could get to the scene, he gave up the ghost.
Reacting to the controversy, Area Fada, as he is fondly called said it was a stunt taken too far.
Speaking exclusively on phone, the ace broadcaster said:

Well, madness get level, because when I started piercing my body back then, many people were attacking me, saying it was a taboo, but today; people dey wey don mad pass me.he said.
“But that was a joke taken too far. Before you pull out any stunt, you need to consider how the public will react and the message you are trying to pass across.
“He might have his reason for doing that though. But honesty, that was a bad stunt,”
