    SEVEN KILLED AS AIR FORCE PLANE CRASHES IN KADUNA

    A light military plane, Dornier 2k, has crashed in Kaduna with all seven onboard feared dead.

    The plane, which took off about 6:30am from the Dana airport, owned by the Nigeria Airforce, in Kaduna came down barely a barely 5 minutes at the Kantoma Army Barracks, otherwise known as the NDA barracks around 6am, source told vanguard in Kaduna.

    But a top military brass in Kaduna who spoke to Vanguard shortly after leaving the scene of the accident said all on board perished.

    He said: “It is true. A dornier 2k plane crashed this morning at the NDA Barracks. There were seven people on board. All of them did not survive. I did not see any casualty from those on the ground. Please lets talk later”.

    It was gathered that the Pilot, co-pilot, two engineers and three passengers where on the plane, which was on its way to Abuja.

    The Airforce authority are yet to issue a statement on the incident.
