An unnamed 3-year-old boy claimed to have found the man who allegedly murdered him in a supposed previous life, according to one Dr. Eli Lasch. The Doctor apparently shared the story with Trutz Hardo, a "reincarnation therapist" who recounted the tale in his book, Children Who Have Lived Before.
Eli Lasch said he met the 3-year-old boy in Golan Heights. The child often spoke of having lived a previous life. Rather than smile politely and get back to whatever it was he was doing, Lasch played along and helped the boy investigate his supposed past life.
The boy led Lasch and other townsfolk to where he claimed his former body was buried. Everyone presumably rolled their eyes before digging, while hoping to get back quickly to their adult lives. Instead, they made a ghastly discovery.
Lasch and the people of Golan Heights found a skeleton just where the boy said they would. Score one for the child!
Dr. Lasch examined the skull of the skeleton and found an supposed axe wound. Lasch said it just so happened that the child had a birthmark in the very same spot as the fracture in the skull. Some believe that birthmarks are physical representations of a previous life's death.
Not done playing detective, the boy then led people to the murder weapon, which also was buried. Would the child go two for two?
Lasch said the boy then led everyone to a nearby town where he claimed to have lived in his past life. The child even remembered his former name, and when the Golan squad asked the townspeople about it, they found that it belonged to a man who had been missing for four years.
For his grand finale, the boy pointed out the person who murdered his former self. The people of Golan Heights confronted the suspect, who knew he was no match for the great child detective and confessed to the crime
