Demi Lovato stripped completely naked for Vanity Magazine – no clothes, no makeup and the photos were released untouched.
The singer who has had eating disorders says she did it to show that it is possible to overcome body image battles and learn to “love the skin you’re in”.
Demi’s decision to bare all was “spontaneous,” according to photographer Patrick Ecclesine. The singer’s great-grandfather, Buddy Moore, had had passed away the day before, and Demi reportedly decided to channel her sadness through the physically and emotionally revealing shoot.
