The group also advised the president not to allow himself to be distracted with endorsements for 2019 election.
National coordinator of the group, Hajia Risikat Abdullahi, said Buhari was already ‘faltering and failing’ to deliver on the promises he made to Nigerians.
The organisation noted that the President was “already backsliding on the N5000 promised to jobless Nigerians”, and lamented the embarrassing case of removing over 10 university vice chancellors without consulting the governing councils of the institutions.
The group, however, called on women and other well-meaning Nigerians to support all the good efforts of the president, and to always speak up to ensure “we continually keep the legs of President Buhari on the rewarding path of delivering good governance to Nigerians.”
“President Muhammadu Buhari swore to protect and defend the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. But, under his watch, the law is not only being trampled on, individuals now tele-guide the law to deliver their wishes.
