Femi Fani-Kayode, a former minister of Aviation and publicity secretary for the campaign of former president, Goodluck Jonathan has been granted administrative bail by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Fani-Kayode made himself available for the anti-graft agency today, May 9 following an invitation which was extended to him on Friday, May 6.
The EFCC invited Fani-Kayode to explain his role in the disbursement of N840 million believed to be a part of a N2.5 billion illegal removal from the Central Bank of Nigeria account.
Fani-Kayode’s bail conditions includes providing sureties who must be 2 serving directors with landed properties in Abuja, the capital city.
