The Magistrate, Mr Olusola Aluko, ordered that the accused be kept behind bars due to the magnitude of the offence committed.

The accused persons are facing a three-count charge of conspiracy, theft and break-into.

The prosecutor, Insp. Fagboyibo Abiodun, told the court that the accused committed the offence on Feb.4 at about 1:00 am at Osogbo-Iwo road, Osun.

Abiodun said that both accused conspired to enter into a Winners Church (Living Faith) and stole some church properties.

Counsel to the accused, Mr Adebayo Olodo, prayed the Magistrate to grant his client’s bail in the most liberal terms.

The Magistrate, Mr Olusola Aluko, however, revoked the bail application and ordered for a formal bail application on the next date of adjournment.
