Lil Wayne’s sex tape leaked online earlier this week, and now his lawyers are demanding it be taken down.
Some weeks ago, 234today reported about a purported XXX video featuring Wayne was being shopped to porn companies. It was said that the porno showcased the rapper wearing nothing but socks as he engaged in sexual acts with two unidentified women. At the time, Wayne’s camp said the footage was filmed without his knowledge and he would not consent to its release.
According to a cease and desist letter obtained by TMZ, Wayne’s legal team has ordered Hollywood Street King to “immediately cease the use, exploitation, and/or distribution of the video and that you deliver all copies, including electronic copies, of same to us or destroy such copies immediately and that you desist from this or any other infringement of Mr. Carter’s rights in the future.”
Wayne’s lawyers have given the site five days to comply, or a lawsuit will be filed. 234today will keep you updated.
