Obafemi Martins has joined the bandwagon of players moving to China, after he joined Shanghai Shenhua in a multi-million dollar deal.
The Super Eagles striker leaves MLS side, Seattle Sounders, where he scored 43 times in 84 appearances since joining in March 2013.
Martins, who was linked with a return to the Premier League in the January transfer window, joins Senegalese striker, Demba Ba at the Chinese club.
The 31-year-old has played for Inter Milan and Newcastle in the past and also had spells in Germany, Russia and Spain.
He has scored 18 goals in 41 international appearances for Nigeria.
