Davido has been known to flaunt his wealth and latest acquisition to the admiration of his fans and this some called youthful exuberance. Davido has never hidden the fact that he likes the finer things of life. The musician who doesn’t hesitate to show off his riches and acquisitions on social media said that he is not out to oppress anyone with it and owes no one an apology for displaying his acquisitions on social media.

The HKN label act lately has been receiving knocks from his fans who are tired of him throwing his automobiles and jewelries at the face but the See Gobe crooner is not repentant despite their groaning. To him displaying his wealth on social media is a measure of how hard he has worked and all he displays are not out of place compare to his source of income.

“I am not doing this to oppress anybody. I’m only happy that I can walk into any store anywhere in the world and spend $30,000 at a go off my music. That’s just it. And this is money that I make in Africa and not in America. Some would ask me if I am a basketball player. I say to them ‘No, I am an African and a musician.’ But the truth is that I love good life and I have to live it. That’s the beauty of these things. I don’t set out to oppress anybody. It’s all about living a good life and showing it to my fans.”
