Bizarre! Man Cuts Off His Own Penis In A California Store (CCTV Clip)

A bizarre video of a man cutting off his own penis at a store has just surfaced on social media. From the clip, the unnamed man walks into a California store, stops before the counter and then pulls down his trousers before a stunned worker. To her surprise, he fashions out a small saw and begins to saw off his own penis.

It is unclear if the man is mentally challenged. From the clip, as he hacks off his genitals, the worker runs out of the camera frame. Next, the suicidal man crouches over in pain midway through his shocking act, before stumbling out of the store.

The extent of his injury is not yet known.
