The 27-year-old rapper allegedly more than doubled the swanky apartment’s price from £20k after spending the past week staying there with friends as part of the European leg of his tour.
According to police reports seen by TMZ, the landlord said that knives had been thrown into the walls and that someone had peed and vomited all over a bed.
They also allege that cops had to be called when Chris didn’t leave the house on time.
However, the rapper has vehemently denied these claims, and took to Instagram to post a detailed video of a seemingly spotless villa.
During a tour of the house, which Chris claims was recorded 10 minutes before they left for the airport, he states: “They doing some janky business”, before showing the clean rooms.
One shot shows some dents in a wall from a chair, which he says will just need “a little sheet rock, at most $60.”
He concluded the rant with: “I don’t have the benefit of the doubt… we didn’t tear the house up, f**k you.”
