Congolese musician Koffi Olomide has been arrested for
assaulting one of his female dancers at Jomo Kenyatta Airport. Police Inspector General
Joseph Boinnet ordered for his arrest after the video was brought to his attention. Olomide was arrested on Friday night, after a live interview with a top TV station.
The 60-year-old Congolese soukous singer
and dancer, accompanied by his wife and a group of dancers, landed at
the Jomo Kenyatta Airport and in the short video, he was
seen approaching the group of dancers before viciously kicking one of
them in the belly for arguing with his wife.
