The unsuspecting husband and wife were having sex in bed when the group of friends entered the room with a video camera.
Walking towards the embarrassed pair, they then began to shout and laugh -before pulling the duvet off their entwined, naked bodies.
Footage shows the bride crying out and quickly moving her hand to cover her husband's bottom in a bid to protect his modesty.
However, her attempt fails as a couple of the groom's pals lunge forward and slap him hard on the buttocks while laughing hysterically.
Finally, the friends stop and tug the duvet back over the newlyweds.
The couple, who appear to have seen the funny side of the prank, grin as they try to cover their naked bodies with the bedding.
The explicit footage was captured in China and later posted on LiveLeak, where it has been viewed by thousands of users.
The newlyweds' identities, and the exact location of the incident, remain unknown.
