    DELTA AIRLINES PROMISES IN-FLIGHT WI-FI FOR LAGOS-ATLANTA ROUTE

     Delta Air Lines restated its committed to offering a superior level of service and comfort – including in-flight Wi-Fi - on board its flights between Lagos and Atlanta. The airline which launched its first flight to Lagos in December 2007 flew more than 126,000 passengers between Nigeria and the United States last year and offers more than 200 onward destinations for customers connecting via Atlanta.

    “Delta is the leading airline between Lagos and the US and we ae proud to deliver the same high quality service on board our Atlanta flight that we offer customers to all our international routes,” said Nathaniel Pieper, Delta’s Senior Vice President Europe, Middle East and Africa.

    “Our Nigerian passengers will continue to benefit from the investments we are making in our customers travel experience with the addition of Wi-Fi connectivity in the coming months. “

    Delta operates a 208-seat Boeing 767-300ER aircraft on non-stop flights between Lagos and Atlanta, the same aircraft type that also serves a number of key business routes including London Heathrow and Tokyo Haneda.
